You will supervise job sites, coordinate with trade partners, conduct safety meetings, and maintain project documentation while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and ADVANCED construction software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish.
• Negotiate cost-effective solutions with inspectors and trade partners.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and approve invoices.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to building codes.
• Maintain documentation such as change orders and safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management.
