Job summary

Risewell Homes seeks a Construction Manager to lead the home building process from start to finish, coordinating multiple homes under construction. You will manage schedules, budgets, and trade partners while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in construction management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of building codes and plans. Excellent communication is essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive construction management or superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes; ability to read and interpret plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and milestones; address delays and inform stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise trade contractors, suppliers, and field staff for timely work.
• Conduct daily site inspections for progress, safety, and code adherence.
• Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites; enforce OSHA and safety policies.
• Provide schedule updates and progress communications with teams and buyers.
• Lead walkthroughs, orientations, and final closings to ensure readiness.
• Supervise assistant superintendents and field staff.
