Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building codes and ability to read and interpret plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and milestones; address delays and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate and supervise trade contractors, suppliers, and field staff for timely, quality execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections for progress, safety, and code compliance.
• Review, code, and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce OSHA, SWPPP, and safety policies.
• Communicate schedule updates and progress with sales, design, operations, and homebuyers.
• Provide feedback to purchasing on trade/supplier performance.
• Evaluate options for cost and schedule impacts.
• Lead buyer walkthroughs, orientations, and final closings to ensure home readiness.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices; monitor costs and option impacts.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to assistant superintendents and field staff.
