Job summary

Century Complete is seeking a Construction Manager 2 to coordinate field activities for new home builds, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality throughout the process.

You will oversee vendor performance, perform site inspections, manage erosion controls, complete paperwork, and keep customers informed from start to finish. This on-site role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work with customers, inspectors, and trade contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management in residential or multi-family builds.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 construction certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules for homes in multiple neighborhoods.
• Communicate with customers and complete orientations during construction.
• Ensure job site safety, erosion and sediment control, and quality standards.
• Coordinate vendor performance and report if obligations are not met.
• Perform daily site inspections and ensure closing deadlines are met.
