Job summary

Century Complete is seeking a Construction Manager 2 to coordinate field activities for new home construction. You will manage schedules, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction throughout the build process.

The role requires strong technical construction skills, vendor management, and the ability to train trade contractors while maintaining organized resource scheduling on multiple neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management experience in residential or multi-family settings.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; OSHA 10/30 required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules for homes in multiple neighborhoods.
• Communicate with customers and complete orientations; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete paperwork for homes under construction, including utility applications and pre-lot inspections.
• Coach vendors to improve performance and report issues to Century Complete Support.
• Perform daily inspections to maintain quality standards; monitor job site safety.
