Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in residential construction management.
• Experience reading blueprints and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all home construction from start to move-in and ensure timelines.
• Lead site inspections, pre-construction and final walkthroughs.
• Manage trade partners and approvals in Build Pro.
• Maintain safety logs and comply with building codes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
