Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and motor vehicle liability insurance are required; ability to travel within the area.
Residency in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas is required.
Physical stamina; prolonged standing, bending, stooping, climbing or balancing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Develop literacy in building code, construction terminology, specs and standards.
Assist the superintendent in day-to-day operations of building homes in high-volume neighborhoods.
Work on punch lists and coordinate with trades and homeowners.
Communicate effectively with trades and suppliers.
Maintain cleanliness of jobsites and safety of work environment.
Coordinate post-closing punch list items with trades and homeowners.
Assist Customer Care Technicians with warranty work as needed.
Maintain a safe work environment.
