You will review project requirements, quotes, and contracts, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential construction and home building, excellent communication, and the ability to translate technical information into accurate sales solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or construction-related sales.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and home building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from inquiry through quoting, contract execution, and transition to internal teams.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and prospective customer requests.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up to develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain follow-up with leads to advance opportunities through the process.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers; identify additional business.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; ensure accuracy of pricing and scope.
• Finalize contracts and maintain documentation.
• Provide timely customer service and status updates throughout projects.
