Job summary

Musick Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to coordinate and supervise our crew on residential projects.

You will oversee field operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely progress, and work hands-on with trades such as foundation, framing, doors, and more. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading a team while coordinating with owners, tenants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have proven understanding of a residential build from start to finish.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, on-site workers and vendors.
• Create and maintain a construction schedule with project goals in mind.
• Read and interpret project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure safety precautions and quality standards are followed on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise crew members to ensure progress meets schedule and quality standards.
• Lead on-site activities, delegate tasks, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce use of PPE across all crews.
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to report progress and issues.
• Read blueprints and ensure constructions align with plans and specs.
