Job summary

Dream House Builders is seeking a dependable Construction Working Foreman to support day-to-day field operations on our residential projects. This hands-on role combines subcontractor and material coordination, progress monitoring, and field problem solving to keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of the job sites, communicates well with subcontractors and suppliers, and makes field decisions without constant supervision, with potential for growth into higher construction

Dream House Builders is seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Working Foreman to support the day-to-day field operations of our residential construction projects.

This is a hands-on field position combining subcontractor and supplier coordination with general construction support. The candidate will help keep multiple residential projects organized and moving forward by coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and workmanship, managing materials and deliveries, and handling day-to-day field issues.

This is not a supervisory-only position. The role may involve hands-on work such as moving materials, jobsite cleanup, deliveries, punch-list work, and general construction support.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of the job sites, communicates well with subcontractors and suppliers, recognizes problems before they become delays, and is comfortable making reasonable field decisions without constant supervision.
