Job summary

Structures, Inc. Foreman position overseeing construction crews to ensure high-quality work and on-schedule progress. Responsibilities include mentoring crew members, preparing progress reports, and coordinating materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor new crew members and provide on-the-job training.
  • Assign tasks based on crew members' strengths.
  • Reports to the Superintendent on work progress and quality.
  • Address minor discrepancies in contracted work scope.
  • Adjust weekly work schedule to meet production goals.
  • Ensure necessary materials and equipment are available in advance.
  • Conduct safety assessments and lead toolbox meetings.
  • Inspect work regularly and coach on any deficiencies.
