Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial management, preferably in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month-end close to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and provide data-driven recommendations to ownership.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
• Streamline job costing to protect project margins.
• Maintain strong internal controls and organized records.
