• Perform site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Manage biweekly vendor payments and control variance budgets.
• Communicate design or plan issues to purchasing for review.
• Recruit qualified vendors to support construction operations.
• Address punch work to prevent delays and support timely closings.
