Job summary

Century Complete is seeking a Construction Manager 2 to coordinate field activities for single- and multi-family homes. You will manage schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the build process.

Responsibilities include paperwork, vendor coaching, site inspections, and coordination with purchasing for design issues. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and OSHA 10/30 is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Technical construction knowledge to manage resources and resolve field issues.
• Strong communication skills to handle customers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Ability to train trade contractors on construction techniques and problem resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling all construction resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction schedules for single- and multi-family homes.
• Maintain site safety, erosion control, and quality standards.
• Prepare paperwork for homes under construction and utility applications.
• Coach vendors to improve performance and manage variance budgets.
• Perform daily site inspections and monitor safety compliance.
• Resolve design or plan issues with purchasing team.
• Recruit new vendors and complete punch work to meet deadlines.
