Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction, budgeting, and project documentation.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, builder proposals, budgets, plans, bids, and related documentation.
• Analyze budgets to ensure funding sufficiency for project completion.
