Job summary

Allied Staff Augmentation Partners, Inc. ( ASAP, Inc.) is hiring a Construction Finance Analyst to support a major capital construction program in Chandler, AZ. This hybrid role requires onsite and remote work with local candidates only.

Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and project cost management across WBS structures, working with constructors and engineers to ensure accurate reporting and change-management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Approximately 5–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting construction projects and cost management.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow, and forecast skills.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts for capital projects.
• Manage budgets and spending at the WBS level.
• Create and align WBS codes with project scope.
• Review invoices and ensure proper coding.
• Lead cost meetings with contractors and engineers.
• Perform variance analysis and risk assessments.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports per policy.
