Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction and budgeting.
• Experience reviewing budgets, plans, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume workflow.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and costs.
• Excellent Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities
