Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management coursework is a plus.
• 1–3 years of residential construction experience in carpentry, labor, or field roles.
• Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of residential building codes and safety practices.
• Proficiency with field tools and apps (Procore, Buildertrend).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to verify staffing and planning.
• Support safety programs and participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor quality against plans and standards; assist with inspections and punch lists.
• Track progress and support short-term look-ahead planning and material lead times.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site organization.
• Communicate field issues and schedule risks promptly to management.
