Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff and partners by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and concerns per reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, entrances, and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document visitor activity and incidents in reports.
• Maintain a respectful, trauma‑informed environment and coordinate with site staff and emergency responders.
