Job summary

You will lead maintenance teams, communicate in English, and ensure timely reporting and budget adherence while building strong tenant relations across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience managing tenant relations and service standards.

• Prepare reports on property condition and budget usage.
• Communicate clearly in English with residents and teams.
