Job summary

GCI Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for the Legacy Union Square apartment community in Davenport, FL. You will oversee daily operations to protect and enhance property value while delivering excellent resident services and profitability.

Responsibilities include maximizing occupancy and revenue, budget adherence, rent collection, and staff training. A strong background in real estate management and Fair Housing compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a site manager, leasing manager or related management experience.
• Experience in real estate or property management preferred.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue growth.
• Work within budget to maximize income and control expenses; prepare monthly reports.
• Manage rent collection and eviction proceedings as needed.
• Assist with planning retention, marketing and advertising programs.
