You will lead a team, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a consumer-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and resident-relations skills.
• Valid driver's license is required for property site operations.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws and promotes quality residency.
• Oversees property financial activities and banking duties.
• Supervises on-site personnel and coordinates maintenance.
