This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Community Manager and oversees on-site staff, handling leasing duties, rent processing, and resident relations. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, Current Fair Housing Certification, and a valid driver’s license. Prior property management experience and strong customer service skills are preferred to ensure smooth operations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Fair Housing Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License if operating a vehicle.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Leasing tasks: showing the property, preparing lease packets, running credit, inspecting moves.
• Responds to telephone requests from residents and the public.
• Coordinates maintenance requests with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supervises on-site personnel in Community Manager's absence.
• Prepares purchase orders.
