Responsibilities include adherence to Fair Housing laws, budgeting, vendor coordination, and resident relations. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills to ensure a safe, attractive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Current Fair Housing Certification required.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial activities of the property and banking duties.
• Leads leasing efforts and strives for quality residency.
