Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Prior experience reflecting overall general mechanical aptitude and ability.
• EPA/HVAC certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates on-site in maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry).
• Organizes turnover and preventive maintenance; prioritizes work orders.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory; oversees contractors; ensures safe use of chemicals.
