Lenders Title Company is seeking a Title Agent in Cabot, Arkansas, to handle residential and commercial title work within a flexible work model. You will work with Closing Agents, Escrow teams, and attorneys to ensure clear, marketable title and accurate closing documents.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem solving, and delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in title insurance or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and title insurance principles
• Proficiency with title production software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Perform title searches by examining public records, deeds, plats, easements and other instruments
• Identify liens, judgments, easements, and other title matters
• Resolve title defects and curative issues prior to closing
• Prepare and issue title commitments and policies
• Review documentation for accuracy and underwriting compliance
• Coordinate with underwriters and escrow teams during closing
• Maintain accurate transaction files
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process
• Support team members as assigned
