Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on residential and commercial HVAC systems, including geothermal, rooftop units, and hydronics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the team and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and best practices through continuous learning.
• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles with care.
• Collaborate with team members and offer mentorship to apprentices and new staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Must have 2+ years HVAC experience but willing to train motivated, eager, and dedicated candidates.
• Certification: Must have a valid Universal EPA Certification.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
