We are looking for an HVAC Lead Service Tech to join our team! You will service and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
2. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements, ensuring high-quality work.
3. Perform routine preventative maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and critical problem-solving for complex HVAC issues.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships, including good communication with customers and our HVAC team.
5. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Prefer a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the HVAC field.
2. Expertise in servicing HVAC systems.
