Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Residential Clinician for our Juvenile Justice program in Brewster, MA. You will provide individual and group therapy, develop and implement service plans, and advocate for youth in a structured, supportive setting.

Ideal candidates will have DBT experience and a background working with adolescents, plus licensure eligibility. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Healing Arts.
• Clinical License eligible (LMHC, LICSW).
• At least 3 years experience with the population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy weekly as needed or indicated.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
• Provide case management and advocacy for youth as needed.
• Facilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk Reduction.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to include evaluating risk and developing safety plans, as needed.
