Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) in Westfield, MA, seeks a Licensed or License-Eligible Clinician for the Juvenile Justice Program. You will provide individual and group therapy, coordinate care, and work in a secure DYS setting with male youth.

This full- or part-time salaried role offers supervision, collaboration with state agencies, and a commitment to second chances for youth, with training in Grafton, MA as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field.
• Current professional license or license-eligible (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC).
• Experience in involuntary residential or secure setting required; DBT/CBT and substance abuse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: individual and group therapy, intakes, crisis intervention.
• Case Management: manage caseloads, coordinate medical/psychiatric care, family contact.
• Collaboration & Compliance: liaise with DYS, DCF and other partners; ensure documentation meets licensing.
