Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Brewster, MA, seeks a Youth Advocate Coordinator for the Juvenile Justice residential program serving youth ages 13–21.

You will oversee daily activities, coordinate staff and youth, and implement the program plan with strong interventions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, at least two years with the population, valid Massachusetts driver's license; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth
• Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met
• Ensure safety and security, including security checks
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
• Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment
• Help youth identify goals and interests
• Assign and lead daily group activities
• Serve as an advocate and role model for youth

Eliot is currently looking for a Youth Advocate Coordinator in our Juvenile Justice residential program for court involved youth ages 13 to 21.In this role you will oversee and coordinate staff and youth in the execution of the daily program plan providing comprehensive interventions in a highly structured, self-contained environment.

• 3pm-11pm, Sunday-Thursday (Friday/Saturday off)

Hourly Rate

$23.01 - $23.01 USD
