Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Brockton, MA seeks a Shift Administrator for its Juvenile Justice residential program serving court-involved youth aged 13 to 21. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Experience with youthful offenders or similar population preferred.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and evidence-based practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of residential programming.
• Provide staff supervision, guidance and coaching.
• Serve on the administrative team and on-call rotation.
• Facilitate staff orientation, training and development opportunities.
• Submit supervision documentation and performance evaluations.
