Job summary

Hope Network in Flint, MI is seeking a Clinical - Residential Therapist (Licensed or Limited Licensed) for full-time work at three residential behavioral health homes and outpatient services (two days hybrid).

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and help individuals build recovery and independence within their communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: LLMSW or LLPC required.
• Experience in providing therapy in Residential Behavioral Programs.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments to determine needs and service levels.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress at least every 90 days.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Coordinate access to community resources and social support networks.
• Complete transition/discharge plans within 14 days.
• Identify crises and perform immediate clinical assessments per crisis intervention guidelines.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
