Job summary

Flatrock Manor in Michigan is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our behavioral health team and provide person-centered care to residents. The role emphasizes compassion and meaningful engagement with individuals served.

You will build meaningful relationships, lead therapeutic groups, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals. The position is hybrid, with home-office work on Monday and Friday, and may require some evenings or weekends to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current LLP, LPC, or MSW license in the State of Michigan.
• Experience providing group therapy is required.
• Experience with mental health and behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured, therapeutic group sessions tailored to client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete clinical assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas of focus.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with management and staff.
• Utilize all required communication tools, including FIN.
• Advocate for and protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of all Flatrock residents.
• Maintain flexibility to work hours including evenings and weekends.
• Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.
