Flatrock in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our behavioral health team and provide thoughtful, person-centered care to residents we serve.
You will lead structured group therapy, develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans, conduct clinical assessments, and document progress accurately. The hybrid schedule includes home-based Mondays and Fridays to support flexible, resident-focused care.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, lead therapeutic groups, develop individualized treatment plans, and help residents make measurable progress toward their goals.
Lead structured, therapeutic group sessions tailored to client needs and treatment goals.
Complete clinical assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas of focus.
Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
Participate in quality assurance, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism, compassion, and urgency.
Attend required meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with management and staff.
Utilize all required communication tools, including FIN.
Advocate for and protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of all Flatrock residents.
Maintain flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the program, including evenings and weekends.
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.
Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Current LLP, LPC, or MSW credential/license in the State of Michigan.
Previous experience providing group therapy is required.
Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral health concerns.
