Qualifications

• BA required for role.
• MSW or related degree preferred.
• Supervisory and residential experience preferred.
• Experience with MICA population strongly preferred.
• CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and programming.
• Assist with development and implementation of program goals and objectives to deliver services to mentally ill clients.
• Manage daily operations, monitor and schedule clinical staff.
• Maintain progress reports.
• Assist with referral, intake and discharge of clients.
• Oversee/manage assigned apartments.
• Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed.
