Job summary

Bowery Residents' Committee is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to assist the Program Director with daily operations in the Bronx and Brooklyn. The role includes supervising both management and clinical staff, auditing charts, and training staff in treatment planning and interventions.

The position requires LMSW or LMHC licensure, clinical and administrative supervision experience, and preferred bilingual Spanish/English capability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

Liaison between Community Outreach programs, Hospitals and Agency. Outreach into community to expand referral base for apartment treatment services. On call responsibilities included. Policy and procedure quality assurance and utilization review. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.

Hours

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

• Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Qualifications

Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required. Experience in clinical and administrative supervision. Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
