Job summary

Hallkeen-Assisted-Living-Communities is seeking a Maintenance/Housekeeping Associate to keep resident areas clean and safe. You will clean apartments and common spaces, wash windows, stock supplies, and assist with laundry and light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, reporting health changes, and ensuring safety protocols. This is a non-exempt, full-time on-site role requiring reliable attendance and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Must submit and complete a Criminal Background check for unlicensed employees.
• Must provide a medical certification confirming absence of communicable disease including TB at hire and annually.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows and floors.
• Wash windows and maintain clean utility and storage rooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; stock cleaning carts.
• Complete maintenance work orders and report safety concerns promptly.
• Perform laundry duties and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
