Qualifications

• Must provide medical certification confirming freedom from communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents' apartments and community areas; bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, and furniture.
• Washes windows and maintains clean utility/storage rooms.
• Disinfects equipment and ensures safe handling of cleaning supplies.
• Restocks supplies and maintains trash areas; transports waste where directed.
• Performs housekeeping duties including changing beds and laundering.
