The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for keeping the Community clean and safe for residents, families, team members, and visitors. He/she is also responsible for cleaning common areas and may be assigned to clean resident apartments up to and including their personal laundry, bed linens, and towels.

Efficient candidates will follow the posted schedule, use proper products, and handle biohazardous waste according to procedures.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 40-50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Cleans Resident apartments as assigned.
• Cleans all common areas such as halls, stairs, lobbies, and elevators.
• Cleans vacant units as assigned and as above.
• Maintains cleanliness of public restrooms.
• Washes and dries community laundry and stores chemicals properly.
• Follows posted work schedule and arrives on time.
• Adheres to emergency procedures and biohazard handling rules.
• Maintains a clean laundry room and restocks supplies as needed.
• Reports injuries to supervisors and communicates with team members.
