Qualifications

• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, polisher, etc.).
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to meet health standards.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery, using appropriate cleaning tools.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Carry cleaning supplies with wheeled carts and move equipment safely.
• Sweep, mop, wax, or polish floors as required.
• Dust furniture and equipment; maintain tidy storage areas.
