Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a meticulous housekeeper for residential properties in Miami. The role focuses on cleaning common areas and waiting rooms, and requires the ability to work around chemical cleaning solutions.

You will report to the Building Maintenance Department, prioritize safety, and assist with meeting room setups. At least one year of housekeeping supervision experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience managing a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to properly use them.
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment in a residential building.
• Must react and address emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas to meet health standards.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Move cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors as required.
• Keep storage areas clean and well-stocked.
• Observe safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange furniture as needed.
