Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Residential Aide to provide support, personal assistance, and quality care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a community group home. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 4 pm to 12 am, in Wallingford, PA, under supervision of the House Manager and Division Manager.
The role focuses on helping residents become more independent, modeling positive behavior, delivering individualized plans, and transporting clients to activities

Under the general direction of the Division Manager of Residential Services, with specific supervision from the House Manager, is responsible for the provision of support, personal assistance, training, and quality care to people with intellectual disabilities residing in a community group home.
