Job summary

Arc Community Services Inc. is seeking a Residential Case Manager in Fond du Lac, WI to support women in treatment.

You will provide direct care, guidance, and advocacy, building therapeutic relationships and delivering evidence-based programming to help clients progress toward recovery and stability. You will develop comprehensive care plans, conduct intake, coordinate services, supervise residents, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment and trauma-informed care.
• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and justice-involved populations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual case management and develop treatment and continuing care plans.
• Complete intake duties including orientation and admission documentation.
• Monitor progress and communicate with relevant agencies and staff.
• Coordinate referrals and services with community providers.
• Implement programming aligned with agency models.
• Facilitate groups using evidence-based curricula.
• Supervise residents and coordinate family interactions.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with policies.
• Support day-to-day operations and participate in on-call shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to support client success.
