Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Direct Care/Residential staff member to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Norwell, MA.

The role involves case management, daily operational duties, and active participation in program development. The position requires a degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, ability to transport and manage documentation, and willingness to complete background checks and trainings as mandated.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in human services or High School Diploma with a minimum of two years direct experience in human services.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Willingness to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning relevant agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational duties as assigned by Residential Manager (ordering medication, assisting with banking, shopping, staff training).
• Provide case management duties as needed (progress notes, support plans, annual reviews).
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document minutes; ensure timely program paperwork.
• Oversee shift documentation for accuracy and quality reporting.
• Instruct and supervise individuals in community living per support plans; record data.
