Job summary

The Salvation Army Midtown Services & Treatment Center is seeking a Housing Outreach Liaison to monitor activities across Substance Abuse programs, provide counseling duties, and help clients achieve therapeutic goals. The role includes outreach, data documentation, and coordination with the Intake Coordinator.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, three years housing case management, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, 40 hours/week, $45,000/year, located in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Three years of housing-related case management experience.
• Outgoing personality with good communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass TSA MVR check; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Perform breathalyzer and urinalysis.
• Orient clients on admission into the program.
