Job summary

MaineHealth in Biddeford, ME is seeking a Residential Care Worker I to provide personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.

This role supports behavioral health clients in a residential setting; licensure requirements include Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and MHRT 1 within one year of hire, with a valid driver’s license preferred.

  • Active Certified Residential Medication Aide (ACRMA) certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide must be obtained within 1 year of hire. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
