Job summary

Catholic Charities in Berlin, CT is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee daily operations of residential services and lead a team of Direct Support Workers. You will coach staff, develop Individual Plans, monitor service delivery, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and community engagement while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the Residential Manager to improve outcomes for individuals receiving

Qualifications

Associates degree and two years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or High school diploma with three years’ experience in the same field.
Demonstration of organizational ability.
Demonstration of excellent communication skills with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Residential Manager and DSW team to develop and implement Individual Plans.
Oversees staff schedule and ensures coverage as needed.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for residents.
