Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision in medical, dental, personal care and daily living.
• Assist in implementing ISPs and tracking progress for residents.
• Lead weekly house meetings and maintain financial records per policy.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity; document and report per agency policies.
