The Charles River Center in Sharon, MA is seeking a Residential Counselor to support residents through ISPs, daily living activities, and behavior plans. You will provide direct care, safety, and training to residents in a group home setting.

Responsibilities include implementing ISPs, coordinating with staff, transporting residents to appointments, maintaining detailed documentation, and upholding residents' rights and dignity in accordance with agency policies.

Formación

• GED or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Mandatory trainings: First Aid/CPR, DDS Medication Administration, Safety Care, DPPC/Human Rights/Universal Precautions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and supervision for residents in daily living tasks and care needs.
• Develop, implement and review Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and track progress.
• Assist residents with housing rules and housing Authority guidelines.
• Transport residents to activities and medical appointments.
• Utilize Positive Behavioral Supports to promote resident well‑being.
• Maintain resident dignity and rights per agency policies.
